Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To ensure a smooth booking experience, please take note of this policy which was created to ensure fairness to both our business and clients who would have otherwise requested our service. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking a service. We also require deposits before booking some services as discussed during your discovery meeting. Any additional costs will be communicated before proceeding. Cancellation and Rescheduling We recognize that there may be instances in which you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that all our clients have access to our services, we kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This will enable us to fill the vacated time slot. When cancellation requests are made without sufficient warning, this hinders our ability to serve other clients. Therefore, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before a scheduled service. You may cancel by phone or online via email. - Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of the service will be automatically rescheduled. - Cancellation requests made less than 72 hours of the service will be automatically rescheduled with a 25% reschedule fee. - A cancellation requests made within 12 hours of the service may not receive a refund or automatic rescheduled. When you book a service, you are agreeing to these terms. We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. Your adherence to this policy helps us maintain efficient scheduling and ensures that we can accommodate all our clients’ needs.
